My first year in college, my Japanese roommate had a big box of VHS movies. One day, I pulled one out and watched it. It was called "Mannequin". I enjoyed it. They say those are confusing years in life. Sweet soundtrack too.

Emmy!! Wasn't her name Emmy??? Yeah... good good movie... although Manequin 2 was way too campy, fun to watch, but uuugh... not the best sequal to a good movie!

I LOVE Mannequin. My sister and I used to drag our vacuum into the living room and use it as a mic stand to sing into (when we got a little taller, we used masking-taped to attach a bigassed permanent marker to the top of the handle of the thing).

Did you know that there's no official soundtrack for the movie? I used to have a rip of the Belinda Carlisle track, but no longer.

Not normally "my type" of movie but it was fun. Since my wife came here in 1994 so all those movies are "prehistoric" to her even ones I know she'd like. I can probably find this VHS in a thrift shop for 99 cents Plus I'm really into 80's pop right now.... found that video looking for a Jefferson Starship song... whoa
